Pastor Adam loves the Lord and loves the church. He was Texas-born but grew up in North Carolina until the age of 16 when he moved back to Fort Worth for 11 years. He earned his bachelor’s degree in Philosophy and Bible and his Master’s of Divinity and Pastoral Studies from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary. His calling to pastoral ministry had grown slowly during his college years but was clearly confirmed while spending a year being mentored by a godly pastor in Houston.
He loves to spend time with his beautiful wife, Hilary, their toddler, Raleigh, and their birddog, Bruce. Adam likes to piddle around with leather craft, play basketball, and is also a collector of fountain pens. Otherwise he spends his time crafting sermons and working to lead his church to fulfill the Great Commission of Jesus Christ. Hilary is to be commended for marrying and continuing to put up with her husband. She is a wonderful helpmate to Adam and works hard to assist him as he leads the church. They are expecting the arrival of their second child by mid-November, 2019.
While Pastor Adam has many loves, including FBC Pineland, his one, greatest priority, which will always come first, (besides Jesus) is his family.
